意大利咖啡...那個飲法才正確

現時的意大利咖啡已有很多種..不過發現有好多

都會在杯面雕出一些花紋..

但如果攪拌在一起,又好像會浪費創作者的心機

就咁飲又好似幾好咁...

I guess what you were talking is something like latte, flat white or cappccino.
The pattern on the form of milk is just the decoration.

however, most people just drink it like that without stirring if you don't add sugar.
you can see that those coffee that mentioned above have a layer of form of steamed milk. so, when you drink it, you can feel the creamy texture of the steam milk on the top of the coffee. So, the decoration is nothing. it is more the form of the milk on the top.

what italian normally do is they will stir it but not really mix the top layer of milk & coffee together.
Stirring is for:
- (if add sugar) stirring the sugar at the bottom of the cup and make sure that is dissolved in the coffee without ruinning the creamy texture of the milk.
- avoid any coffee residure leave in the bottom of the cup.

我係用飲管慢慢飲,差不多飲完个花紋還在,唔知咁飲啱唔啱,但我有啲朋友話啲泡泡都好味一開始就攪
