我想知甚麼叫溝通!

有人好難跟人去溝通.溝通是一種了解.跟不同的人有不同的了解.那就要看你個人的想法了.不能勉強的.所以如果你想多一點了解就去那個多聊天.但不想了解就不用溝通啦.而且溝通是自愿的.不是被逼的.你這樣問什麼是溝通?就算有人答你了.你也不會明白里面的道理.你要自己去試的.因為你跟別人溝通是你個人的經驗.沒人能幫你的.不用理會要問什麼才是 一種溝通.只要按自己想了解.想明白的去問.就可以了.別人一定會了解的.因為每個人的溝通方法也不同.所以想怎樣去溝通就去吧!!!

眼神語言（暗示表達）

Communication = Listener + Speaker+Sharing+Understanding+......

Listen with ppl with patiance and heart. (need follow up action)
Speak out your view but not argue or just give negative feedback.
Share the feeling. Sometime it can be wordless, like a pat or a hug also good.
Understand his/her view point and your own viewpoint.

Can try to read some books like "Man from Mars, Woman from Venus"
