全職炒股要報稅嗎?

如果你是自己抄股票，算不上是一個行業，
而香港對於個人名義而獲得的抄股收入是不用立稅的。

但如果你是幫其他人抄股而獲得報酬，
或者你本身是在經紀行工作的便會例外。

No Salaries Tax is need, since you are not earning any income arised in or derive from HK employment.
No Profits Tax is need, since you are not earning the profit in the company's name or an qualified insurer/investment advisor/consultant.

Stamp Duty will be levied by the IRD in every sales and purchase transactions, which most likely as deducted as form of transaction handling fee by the bank/financial institutions.
