關於肌肉既問題...

我平時唔係成日做運動,所以一做運動之後,我大脾and pat pat果d位都好痛,係做運動前,我都有做熱身運動ga but都係好痛......an做運動有咩要注意點樣先可以防止咁痛...唔該....m=.=m

最重要其實都係睇返運動強度~
第一,酸痛最主要係因為乳酸的積聚~咁高強度的運動(無氧運動)會產生乳酸這種副產物~
運動後唔好一下子停止運動,身体一下子冷卻,血液循環減慢~帶走乳酸的能力便減弱了~
做d cool down的運動和伸展運動~
有需要時,可以用d按摩膏,提高肌肉溫度,加速血液循環~

muscle need keep training sin can ng painful ka........around training 1 month....that will adapt

warm up Ex should including some stretching, some slow jogging to increase the circulation.......then muscle can be prepared to used

actually it is normal condition to have muscle ache .........after it........use hotpack and do some stretching Ex can relieve the pain

做完運動之痛呢係因為肌肉痛係指肌肉要fa肉啵~~
如果你唔想痛呢
可以揉d含薄可的野~
