starch, glucose,glycogen係咩牙?

Glucose is the simplest type of carbohydrates, it is called monosaccharides. It can react with oxygen-containing substances from it.
Starch and glycogen are polysaccharides, they are long chains of monosaccharides(glucose) jointed together by condensation. They are made up of glucose molecules, but in each them the glucose molecules are jointed in different ways.
