大家好, 本人有些工作上的問題想問一下大家的意見.
我在公司工作了很short的時間, 可是都不是太習慣. 同那裡的人, 相處一般.
可是最近發生了一件令我得失了公司一些同事.
我發現某位該負責根進某些東西的同事沒有去根, 這已不是第一次. 我同同事商討, 同事說那要"公告天下" .........接著,我立即出哂名,同事都認為我是愛搞事的 ......唉.....( 要記住我的post 不高) 公司人少只有十多個.\\
我好討厭點解我果刻咁silly.
1) 我以後該面對我的同事?
2) 我那位同事是否有心玩我?

1) 我以後該面對我的同事?避得就避, don't talk to him or her anymore and don't discuss with anybody about him or her. Forget about it if you don't want to change another job

Obviously, he want to put you on table to said the other guy lazy. Actually he want to talk to him for a long time. But no chance. Luckily you join the company. That's great. You said the other guy no good ma. Hence put you on table. Using your voice to set another guy down. If you goto another company please don't discuss another senior colleague lazy or another thing la. Your responsibily is completed your task only. That's it. Dont discuss too much!!! If you have more time you could learn more. Better than talk more.
