The uterus is normal in size, shape and echo pattern.
No focal lesion is seen.
The central endometrium is intact.
Both overies are seen and look normal.
No adnexal mass or cyst is noted.
No fluid is noted over the cul de sac.
No hydronephrosis is present.
COMMENT:
NO STRUCTURAL ABNORMALITY IS NOTED.

骨盆的ULTRASONOGRAM 報告︰
子宮尺寸，形狀和回聲圖案正常。
沒有焦點的損害被看見。
中心的endometrium是完整的。
兩個overies被看見，看起來正常。
沒有adnexal 群眾或者囊腫被注意到。
沒有流體被在cul de 囊上方注意到。
沒有腎臟積水膨出存在。

沒有架構的變態被注意到。

骨盆腔超聲波顯示，一切正常，子宮大小正常，子宮內膜完整，兩邊卵巢正常，無囊腫或肥大細胞，無腎盂積水，整體結論：無結構性問題。
