San Francisco - I am strongly recommend you to go to Golden Gate at the sunset! Because next to Golden Gate, is the pacific ocean, and can listen the wave sound, and also there is a beach, is also a good place to go with your bf/gf.
LA, simply go to Beverly Hills, they also have a good places to watch sunset.
食飯既地方: Because you want romantic, so i suggest you to go to a high class hotel and have dinner with your beloved. Such as Mandarin Oriental SFO ( is situated in downtown and can look directly to the bridge) . It is high class,so no one can disturb you .
