I regret to advise you that I am unable to attend the appointment scheduled tomorrow as I am still lying in bed, seriously ill. Would you mind to reschedule the appointment some time next week, when I should be better then? If the proposed time is not convenient to you, I don't mind to wait till some time early next month.
