Clerk (Treasury Services)
The incumbent will assist to update interest and exchange rates as well as bullion prices on different treasury systems. He / She will also help input deals done by dealers to different treasury systems, prepare various regular reports and provide administrative support to the team.
Requirements:

Form Five standard or above
At least one year's banking experience, preferably with knowledge of Treasury systems and products
Sound knowledge of application software, such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Meticulous and ability to work under pressure
Strong self-motivation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Job Description

I am recruiting for a Treasury Clerk for this Manufacturing giant based in St Austell.

If you are available for an immediate start and have relevant experience, please keep reading.

Duties will include: -
·Dealing with banking, payments, receipts and employee expenses.
·Process supplier payments using Barclay\'s software and BACS payments.
·Allocation of receipts to debtors ledger and reconciliation of cash books
·Processing of daily exchange rates to our ERP system. Review and processing of employee expenses.
