Why chloroplasts found only in leaves? (送10點)

Why are chloroplasts found only in leaves and not in roots and stems?
Please explain, cause i dont understand. Thankyou.

有某d植物既莖係有chloroplast carry out photosynthesis
root 冇chloroplast係因為佢接觸唔到光,根本冇需要做光合作用
葉有大量chloroplast係因為佢最容易接觸到光線,方便進行光合作用

leaves have much more suface area than roots and stems, also leaves is much thinner than roots and stems and get more sunlight.
