last chance係 最後的機會----one last chance係一次最後的機會

Last is an adjective modifying the noun following it, and it has the meaning of 'final' which is the very one and only left.

The 'one' in front of the 'last chance' could be referred as redundancy which is not preferred in normal situation.

Using 'one' in front of 'last chance', that would mean that there were more than one last chance, in English Language Logics, that's doesn't exist. One last chance is probably a Chinese-to-English translation by people who are not good in translating.

'Last chance' has the meaning of 最後一次機會.

In English, it would be:
This is your last chance.

It's the last chance = 这是最後一次機會
