a)1st reason: the nominal per capita GDP cannot reflect the change in price that the effect of inflation or deflation was neglected.2nd reason: capital goods produced is more than consumer goods that people have little to enjoy.
b)1st reason: uneven income distribution
2nd reason: there maybe many undisirable factors in Country A because of industrial development, for example noises produced.
