1.(a)Suppose the nominal per capita GDP of Country A is higher that that of Country B.Why cannot we determine that the living standard of Country A is generally higher than that of Country B?Give 2 reasons.

(b)Suppose the ral consumption expenditure per capita of Country A id higher than that of Country B.Why can we not determine that the living standard of Country A is generally higher than that of Country B?Given 2 reasons.

a)1st reason: the nominal per capita GDP cannot reflect the change in price that the effect of inflation or deflation was neglected.
2nd reason: capital goods produced is more than consumer goods that people have little to enjoy.
b)1st reason: uneven income distribution
2nd reason: there maybe many undisirable factors in Country A because of industrial development, for example noises produced.
