I have a flat and owe the bank mortagage loan $1,850,000 . The rate is 4.45% and the years: 14. I have just borrowed this money, so the penality for paying back the money this year is 3% of the amount I pay back. The next year: 2%. The third year: 1%.
If I have $ 800,000 cash, should I pay for the loan or invest? Why?
