Is ielts test needed to apply for HK univerisites and UK ones if i got a C in HKCEE but i have not took A-level use of English exam in HK nor GCSE/GCE English in UK??
Please answer me asap 'coz I need the answer by monday before I make things worse again. Thanks for your help.

No. If you got a C in HKCEE, you would be accepted by uk universities in language, there is no need to apply IELTS. If you already got IELTS level 6, 90% of uk universities accept in normal subjects. On the other hand, if you want study in hk's universities, they also accept but it is not good enought because there are too many students to apply the university. But in uk, there are 109 universities. it is ok.I hope it can help you.

Yes, you'd need ielts, i think above a level 7 is needed?
And maybe you shud consider hk unis?
