I had graduated HD Fashion and Textile in 2002, (GPA 3.25) and had graduated Degree in 2006. I prefer you get HD with credit or above first and then apply Degree. With both HD and Degree cert are much better for working.
I think there is 10 to 20 quotas for Full time students and 120 quotas for part time students.
