Yes, tell them you wanna purchase 匯票 and whom you want to issue this 匯票 to and wich country will you send to and of course, the currency and amount which needs to be issued

just go there at the bank and line up at the regular counter, then tell them you wanna purchase a 匯票 and tell them the info

4. 手續費要幾多?
匯票 is HKD80 per 匯票 (no matter what the 匯票 issuing amount is, it's a flat rate)

5. 通常邊日會較少人?

It's very hard to say, different location and area have different practice, but usually on Monday & Friday, there will be more people... try not to go close to lunch break as well, that might be able to avoide a bit of the crowd
