r + 6/3 = r/2 + 7/66r + 12 = 3r + 7
3r = 7 - 12
3r = -5
r = -5/3
1/9(h +9) do you mean 1 over [9* (h+9)] or do you mean 1/9 than the whole thing times (h+9)????
