Just wonder whether there is any conflict between working in an accounting firm , ( audit) and also working as an agency for mutual fund company?
Say, in the law perspective , can I work as a full time employee in an accounting firm and also work as an agency (mutual fund ) in my free time?

I think there's no conflict between working in an accouting firm & a mutal fund company. But, it really depends on whether your full-time employer allows you to have a part-time job or your own business. The labour law of HK doesn't mention about this at all.
