We have already replied to you on October 1st (please see email attached). As we have already begun manufacturing your samples in our factory, we are unable to cancel your order.

I had been replied you through e-mail on October 1 that the samples are in process in our factory, it is not possible to cancel your request right now. here is a copy which I sent to you before.
