=3(4x^2+4x+1)
=3(2x+1)^2

11-99b^2
=11(1-9b^2)
=11(1-3b)(1+3b)

5x^2-80y^2
=5(x^2-16y^2)
=5(x-4y)(x+4y)

2) sol: 11-99b^2 = 11-11.9b^2 = 11(1-9b^2) = 11(1-3b)(1+3b)
