地鐬短期前景如何?

預料地鐵發展前景良好，相信市場對評價及估值可再度提升。由於預料地鐵將再度吸納土地儲備，相信其估值會提升 。
合併後地鐵會成為香港最多土地儲備的地產商,潛在價值肯定大大提升,
現在所有大行評級都好保守,到合併後一定會陸續重新調升目標價,
中長線看高一線,保守估計今年會見$28以上,

i had sold it @18.62 at 2 months ago, so i will not buy it right now, it is a little bit high and every good news had been show already, i don't think it will get more higher, cx 293
will 合併 also in the future may be next year, i suggest u buy it now, it will be raise, but u have to keep around six months, i hope can help you.
