香港中央證券 will send you the refund cheque direct, and they've already sent out, by now, there shouldn't be still not arrive yet... probably there might be a problem on the sending/delivering
香港中央證券 will request you to write them a letter to advise them on the unsuccessful receive the refund cheque, and they will reprocess it for you.
