Firstly, we are implementing the project by the division of labour. We have five members in our group, and each member is responsible for a different part of the project. For example, I am responsible for section 1 and section 2; Katie and Lis for section 3 and section 4, corresponding to market research; Leona for section 5, corresponding to recommendation and budgeting; Pamela for the making of PowerPoint. We all think that the division of labour is the best method to complete our work with the shortest time.

Firstly, what we need is to carry out the project following division of labour we think is the best method to make its completion within a short time . Our group consists of five members, each undertaking some certain sections of the project . For example, I am responsible for Sections 1 and 2 ; Katie and Lis for Sections 3 and 4 concerning Market Research; Leon for Section 5 about Budget Strategy. And Pamela is charged with processing and editing the project draft using the software - PowerPoint .
