我最近新買一部notebook，安裝了window vista ，但無論開機、關機、run programme (office 2007) 都十分十分慢，唔知點算，救救我！
我notebook的資料如下:
Processor: Intel® Core™ Solo Processor U1400 (1.20 GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 533 MHz FSB )
Memory: 512MB (1 x 512MB) DDR2 SDRAM (533MHz)
Storage: 80 GB internal hard drive
Graphics: Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950
為什麼執行window vista 時的速度很慢？

一部小朋友單車坐一個成人,你想像會唔會快?VISTA大咬,你部機CPU速度唔高,RAM唔夠.愈安裝多軟件愈慢,因好多軟件開機時會自動執行.佔用咗部機資源.VISTA華麗華面亦非常大咬.你可以右Chick我的電腦-進階-效能-更改調整成是佳效能.亦在控揱台內停用資訊看板內容.停用自動執行程式-(執行-打入msconfig-啟動-選擇性啟動)內把它們停了.要用的時候在程式集打開.咁開機時唔會自動執行.以上幾點你試吓,應該部機會快啲,祝你好運!

Although your new notebook fit in the windows vista minimum hardware requirement...but it's just merely meet...
would recommend you to get another 512MB ram( make sure its 533MHz) or if you want, upgrade to 2GB ram...2 x 1GB...
