A junior secretary working in AIA company as my summer job

Professional :
I have developed my communication skills when I was answering
the client's calls at the reception.

Unique- I am reflective:
( Tips: prevent using contractions in formal writing )
I encountered problems when receiving the customers' calls
so that I have learnt the importance of communication skills.
( Comment: This part does not show that you are reflective
because of the lacking of evidences. )

That is the first time I answered phone calls in the company.
At that moment, I felt nervous.
Fortunately, my colleague helped me / gave me a hand and
teach me how to solve the problems on receiving calls.
This allowed me to learn the significance of problem-solving skills.

Relevance to the program :

I am good at communicating with others,
which is an essential skill for social workers.
Having the reflective skills, I am able to learn independently in university.
