除左用DCPIP solution之外仲有咩方法可檢定vitamin C含量??

還可用螢光法(Fluorometric method, ISO 6557/1-1986)或
2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法(2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method)
這兩個都是國家標準GB方法
可以測定蔬菜、水果及其製品中總抗壞血酸(vitamin C)
