Is your mobile new?
My friend has the similar experience. It was because the hardware not working properly. My friend took the phone back to NOKIA and asked them to fix it (my friend’s phone was within warranty). NOKIA said they will order the new hardware & try to fix it. If they can’t fix it, they will give you the new one (of course the same model and your mobile have to be within warranty.)
Take the phone back to NOKIA or where you bought it from and ask them to fix it for you.
