事實上,人多的地方意見都一定會多,每個人都有自己的一套想法,不輕易跟隨別人。加上現在員工和員工之間溝通上都有困難,可能員工a能明白員工c,但員工c又未必明白員工b。所以,公司應把員工分成兩隊或以上,使員工之間的磨擦減少,工作變得更有效率。

In fact, the number of ideas will be higher in larger group. It is because each individual has their own thinking. In addition, communications among employees could also be an issue. For example, A could understand C's idea but B could not. In this regard, company should group staff into teams. This will reduce conflicts between individuals and promote increase in productivity.

in fact, places with more people will have more disagreement. this is because everyone have their own unique sets of opinion which will not alter easily. difficulty in communication has contributed to misunderstanding between staff which reduces efficiency.This explains the reason for teamwork which reduces disopinion between staff by providing more communicating opportunities to them and hence increases the efficiency in workplace.

In fact, there are ideas as there are people.

Each one has his own set of mind and the mindset is not easily redirected.

In addition,there are dfficulties in communication between emplyees.

For instance, staff A may understand staff C, yet staff C may not understand staff B.

Thus, the company should group their employees into two teams or more so as to reduce the conflict between them and in turn increase the work efficiency.

Actually, more ppl would caused different opinions. Everyone have their own thoughts & it's not easy to follow other's. At the same time, most of the staffs are having difficulties in communicating, they might not understand their partner's thinking.Therefore, it would be good if company can divide staffs into two or more groups, it probably may reduce conflicts between staffs & increase efficiency.

In fact, person's many places opinion all certainly can be many, each people all have own set of ideas, not easily follows the others. Adds on between the present staff and the staff links up on all has the difficulty, possible staff a to be able to understand staff c, but staff c not necessarily understands staff b. Therefore, the company should divide into the staff two rows or above, causes between staff's friction reduction, the work to change effective.
