公司應為員工設計一系列的準則,例如當顧客遇到問題時,應向哪一個部門查詢,這樣員工在工作時便會容易跟進和概念清晰。如果公司在之後已設立一些準則,那麼公司應看看舊有的準則是否有需要修改或增加的地方,從而增升工作效率。

The company should setup some standards procedures for its staff. For example, which department should be contacted when handling customer's questions. Such procedures would allow staff to have a better understanding for work flow and facilitate ease of follow up. If standards procedures are already in place, those company should evaluate the old procedures for productivity improvement.

Company should set up a series of guidelines for staffs. For example, which department should be deal with customers when having enquiries. This makes easier & clearer concept for employees. Existing guidelines should be renewed & modified from time to time in order to increase efficiency.

The company should design a series of criteria for the staff, for example when the customer meets the question, which department should inquire to, such staff when work then can be easy to follow up to be clear with the concept. If company in after has set up some criteria, then the company should have a look the criterion which old has whether has the need to revise or the increase place, thus increases rises the working efficiency.
