Though our colleagues bring out very good ideas, they are proficient on their own mother languages only. They cannnot communicate with each other, in this case their effort is meaningless. Regarding this problem, the company should allocate resources to hire one or more professional translator(s), to understand what our colleagues talking about, so as to reduce the communication barrier. In this way, communication between our colleagues will be more effective and precise.

Even though the staff has the very good thought, but they because from understand the language which oneself holds, but does not understand with other staffs links up, like this was equal to any thing has not done. Therefore the company should put in the resources to invite or above turns interpreter, enables them to understand other staffs' meanings, decrease their communication barrier, thus causes the communication more effective and is accurate.

Although the employees have many good idea, they just only can represnt by their native language. If they cannot communicate with other people, it seems do nothing. Therefore, more than one tanslators should be offered by the company. It can help the other employee to understand the idea, and it also can eliminate the obstruction of communication. As a result, the communication will be more efficient and accurate.
