網絡快慢只看傳輸線速度嗎?

It depend on the ISP support and network, what tech they use? Is share bandwidth or 100% you own use... I just read the computer magazine this week, it also mention that, the speed is NOT the cable, of course, if the cable quality is bad, this is other concern, but normal telephone line also can provide 100MB connection speed, you can see the boardband TV, at least ask for 18MB can work, noramlly, NOT too old flat also can use it.
The point is, 光纖 connect only from the data center to your flat, NOT direct to your home. this 光纖 will share the whole building. And the point is, even you have such speed, is any web page also provide such speed for you to browse or download data?

What I say, it really depend on the ISP network, if their network very limit, it useless. If they are strong network, even the connection point from HK to US also have more than 3 connection... if the web you go at US. that will more faster.

Some of my friend use i-xxxx at the end... they cancel after the contract end..
