固網不是PCCW的電話線, 可以在1083登記嗎?

登記 what? Even your supplier is NOT PCCW, if the other people use PCCW to check the number you are, they still can check it.

If you say the yellow page, if you are PCCW customer, is free... if not, but if you want, you have to pay $$.

One more thing, if you are not PCCW customer, and you call 1083 on your phone, it still work, but the support staff are from your service provider.
