1.Find the values of the constants(denoted by capital letters)in ach of the following identities.
x(x+C)=(x-1)^2+D

2.If 2x^2 - Ax + 5 = (2x-B) (x-1), where A and B are constants, then A=?

3. (p+q) x - 2p = 6x + 10 is an identity, where p & q are constants, then q=?

x(x+C)=(x-1)^2+D
x^2+Cx = x^2-2x+1+D
1+D = 0
D= -1
C= - 2
2)
2x^2 - Ax + 5 = (2x-B) (x-1)
2x^2 - Ax + 5 = 2x^2-Bx-2x+B
B = 5
-A= -5-2
A = 7
3)
(p+q) x - 2p = 6x + 10
-2p = 10
p = -5
p+q = 6
q = 11
