點解我焗蛋糕次次都失敗~

係米焗爐既問題呢, 因為次次試做蛋糕或鬆餅, 焗出來的都是表面硬硬, 內裏都係未熟, 我初初以為係米發熱管問題, 我試過攪上下都發熱, 或只有上發熱, 或下發熱, 焗出黎既效果都係一樣, 裏面唔熟, 外面很硬......

請各位可提供意見給我嗎?

there are lots of reason for it

1. you did not pre-heat the oven before you put the cake inside
2. Oven temp too high
3. Not enough leavening agent for the cake (ie eggs, baking powder, baking soda etc)
4. Too much flour, make the cake too tough and unable to raise
5. Wrong mixing procedure.

So if you can describe what you did from start, I may be able to tell you what is wrong
