我收唔到奧園地產的退票和股票..怎樣做?

You should receive it today or tomorrow. If you still not receive it after that, you can call Computershare Limited (tel: 28628555) to confirm that you did not get the share and should receive a refunded check.

The refunded check may get lost in mailing. If this is the case, the rep from Computershare Limited will tell you to download a form called "Cancellation Of Replacement Request for Certificate / Dividend / Refund Cheque" from their website:

You then fill the form up and return to Computershare Limited. Within 1-2 weeks, they will send you the replacement check after confirmation of your form.
