未收到ipo的退票

You should have received the check on last Saturday. If you still not receive it by now, you can call Computershare Limited (tel: 28628555) to confirm that you did not get the share and should receive a refunded check.

The refunded check may get lost in mailing. If this is the case, the rep from Computershare Limited will tell you to download a form called "Cancellation Of Replacement Request for Certificate / Dividend / Refund Cheque" from their website:

You then fill the form up and return to Computershare Limited. Within 1-2 weeks, they will send you the replacement check after confirmation of your form.

很有用, 不過要先打電話跟職員確實才有人理會.

你到現在仍未收到退票，你以打電話去過戶處或者SOHO 中國有限公司查詢。

若果是寄失一般手續都是要你寫一份報失要求領回的信件，可以郵寄或傳真給過戶處，他們查後會將支票重寄給你。

致於報失信件內容大致如下：

「本人用白表申請了XXXX股票, xxxx股,共 $xxxx

但到今天(YY年MM月DD日)仍未收到(退票或退款),敬請代為查辦!
本人的資料如下:
姓名:英文…… (中文名xxx)
身份證號碼:…………
電話: ……….
地址: ………...



XXXXX(簽名)

日期」

另一種方法是你可以在中央證券有限公司網站下載報失表格，填完後寄回或傳真給過戶處。
