有關HSBC既明智理財(急)

因為本人暫時居住海外,所以要用HSBC網上買賣股票,但準備申請時在(遞交網上開戶申請表前須注意的事項)中一項---------在成功辦妥申請程序後,您將接獲通知到指定的分行領取明智理財迎新錦囊。領取時請帶備最近期的身分證明文件以核實身分。

問題是什麼是明智理財迎新錦囊?當然我一定要申請明智理財,這個迎新錦囊有什麼東東?是否很重要?但我十二月中先可以回香港取!!!這個時段怎樣辦好呢??足足要等2個多月!!!通常申請左後銀行幾時會要你到指定的分行領取???

另外如果登記成功,仲有什麼東西要親身領取或者銀行會郵寄給我??? 因為網上銀行的地址是海外,不是香港,所以不太清楚是怎樣辦好!!!

忘記一樣很重要既野~~~hsbc會以什麼方式通知到指定的分行領取明智理財迎新錦囊???電話,電郵,郵遞,定其他???我電話號碼也為海外!!!銀行照樣會打給我嗎???

oh!!!我就係住在美國,而登記地址之前改了在美國這面!!! WHY住美國唔可以網上申請明智理財呢??? 依你所講即係話登記地址一定要改番香港先可以用網上開戶啦!!! 另外如果領取明智理財迎新錦囊時,除了要用銀行send比我既信外,是否需要其他文件??? except ID Card

if you are living in overseas, remember if the address you are going to use is a US or Canada address, the securities transactions are not allow due to the registriction.
After opening the account at the online banking, then there will be a opening kit - i.e. to introduction pack on the services which SmartSavings is providing and also the PINs (Phone & ATM) and the Card will be arranged to you for your collection.
If you talk about the introduction pack, the packet itself is not really as serious, but I think you better get your card and PINs.... usually after 1 week from the date you open the account online, you can go to your selected branch to collect the stuff. If you not going to collect within a month, they will usually redirect all the stuff to the centralization center and won't leave them at the branch, so, in case you need to collect them after 2 months, b4 you go for collection, call them up to check see whether they need to rearrange/prepare again for you or you those are still sitting at the branch for your collection.
They won't call you but they will send you a letter, but even you don't have the letter, just bring along your ID card after 1 week from the date open and ask for your kit collection is also fine.
You can request them to send the kit to overseas branch for your collection but that might take around 11 working days and there might be charges imply
If you have any difficulties or request, you can jot them an email (after you log on to your online banking, then there is an Email Messages function, you can send them the email via there) and they will get back to you with the solutions
