Location

On the hillside above Happy Valley, Jardine＊s Lookout is a quiet residential area approximately a twenty-minute commute to the city.

The area is reasonably low density with a combination of low and high-rise living. High rise developments such as Cavendish Heights offer three and four bedroom apartments with good recreational facilities. Alternatively, there are several older apartments and houses, many in colonial-style. Many of the larger detached properties are owner-occupied.

Transport

Larger housing complexes offer recreational facilities for the use of residents. The Jardine＊s Lookout Residents Club is a local community centre offering a swimming pool and tennis courts. The Cricket Club is nearby and the Urban Services Tennis Centre is also accessible at Wong Nai Chung Gap Road.
