菜名: 芒果布丁 Mango Pudding

材料:
  水750 ml、KNOX 吉利丁粉5~6 包(一包約7g)、糖略少於1杯、牛奶750 ml、鮮奶油500 ml、芒果醬罐頭 (mango pulp) 1罐(不大記得正確的每罐重量,不過應是600ml左右)
做法:

  將水慢慢加熱,一邊攪拌一邊溶入吉利丁。

等吉利丁完全溶解後熄火,加入糖。

將其擱置至稍涼後,加入芒果醬、牛奶、及鮮奶油,攪勻後倒入布丁容器,冷藏至凝結即可食用。
