其實律師費是參考你層樓的樓價, 樓價高當然會收得多o的啦, 如果你層樓普普通通, 沒有太多複雜問題, 一般$1,000,000-$3,000,000 左右, 大約六七千蚊左右律師費, (但唔包括 Stamp Duty 和 Registration Fee ($230 or 450), 至於雜費 such as Copying charges, Land Search, T/E, Postage, 大約$500, 有些細行會係律師費包埋雜費.
同埋, 如果你選擇細行做的話, 通常文件都由文員/師爺做, 律師只係見証你簽名, 唔會點理o的文件, 所以如果你層樓屬於複雜的話, 最好找些較大型律師樓做, 因為多數由律師由頭跟到尾, 比較安全o的囉, 買樓唔係買菜, 要睇清楚o的..
