If the owner shall fail to pay the maintenance charges in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and/or any other charges, costs and expenses due or payable to the contractor under any agreement between the parties hereto, the contractor shall without prejudice to its rights recover any such charges, suspend all services under this Agreement.
