1. If you download the video, and you also use Real Player to watch, when you want to burn and watch the video use the disk and play on the computer? You just need to click the file and use the Real Player to watch it. (I think the file format is RMVB)

2. If the file format is RM or RMVB, you have to use software to convert it, I use Allok RM RMVB to DVD Mpeg Convert to convert the file. But you should aware that, you must need Nero Burn to burn it, and this software need to , or try to search another way to have version by yourself. And you must spend 1:1 time for convert. That mean, the video is 1 hrs, you have to spend 1 hrs to convert.

And I suggest you to use DVD-R to burn it
