communication styles

If we know that in the organization, all the decisions are made by the upper management and communication is limited. Then we are advised to accept the style, accompany limitations on communication and do not try to change, do you agree, what will you do and why?

i disagree with the issue, because of the freedom of speech. first of all i don't think any of the " upper or head " person should have the rights to control some one else's communication font or style second they can't force us to accept the fact that we are being control by the uppers. seems to me this is more like the ideas of the communist party, which may sound fair but at the end of the tunnel, the benefit will always go to the uppers
