1)What are the differences between mobile ions and mobile electron?s
2)How would the question be asked in the exam on mobile ions and mobile electrons?

In CE, you have to know that mobile ions or mobile electron is need to conduct electricity. And very easy, you just have to know that mobile ion is comes from ionic compound or acid "solution"(aqueos solution is a must). And mobile is come from metal.

2) Maybe they will ask you to compare to conductivity of electricity of different substance. Then you have to state why it can conduct or why it can't not, it is because of they have or do not have mobile ion or mobile electron. BUT you really have to make clear rather it is mobile ELECTRON or ION. (e.g. do not say sodium chloride conduct electricity because of mobile electron)
