lysosome is broken off from golgi body. it contains digestive enzymes manufactured by the cell.
food vacuole is formed from cell membrane when food is taken in. it contains food particles from outside the cell.
so they have different membrane origins, different contents.
it's just a coincidence that both membranes are similar structure, which is a good thing, because their fate is to fuse together.

prokaryotic cells 既subcellular structure根本就冇任何membrane包住!!!而vacuole同lysosomes都有membrane包~!
