其實只看中文已經覺得怪怪的，不是一句好的中文，像是一些工作文件上的用詞，但也可直譯:
可以是"the degree of understanding of the documents(應該要加s,因為我覺得你o個句野係想講超過一份o既文件)"，又或者簡單地"the understanding of the documents"，當然，familiarity 沒有錯，要看你那句中文的"熟悉度"三隻字是怎樣意思了，有上文下理會好些。
