Circumcision.....?

An uncircumcised penis has a foreskin. A circumcised penis' foreskin has been cut off by surgery (circumcision). The following link has an illustration, and it's from a government health site:

The foreskin's purpose is to protect the head of the penis. It keeps it moist, so it doesn't end up drying up like your hands can, so no cracks develop on the head. It's also supposed to keep it sensitive (see the medical study in the Fox News link below). It also slides up and down during sex and masturbation (which feels good since its already lubricated). So it doesn't just create unsanitary conditions; all it takes is a simple 5 second rinse when you shower. In general, this link does a good job at describing the function of the foreskin. The USA is the last developed nation doing it without medical or religious reasons, but even our rates have fallen to as low as 14% in some states, opposed to about 90% nationally in the 60s and 70s.

The only difference there is between a circumcised penis and uncircumcised penis is the foreskin. With an uncircumcised penis the foreskin covers the glans (head) of the penis. And with a circumcised penis there is still a foreskin, but there is not enough to cover the glans.

The foreskin is still intact if you are not circumsized and the foreskin does have a purpose , it protects the glans and keeps it sensitive. I read a study that sex is more enjoyable when you are uncircumsized as the penis does not become desensitized from rubbing up against clothes etc. I cannot understand why a civilised soceity (who screams about the circumsision of girls) who still allow it without the permission of the boys that it is done to. As a UK girl it seems cruel and barbaric to me.

the difference is its a bad thing it causes bacteria and dieases so if your not get one.

i dont know what is the different but i think it will be cleaner and comfortable for man to wash after circumized

nuthing exept when your not hard its smaller wen u get hard its the same as a cercumcized person or bigger
