My Friend said he started masterbating at age 11 and right now he is 15 1/2 and still masterbating his penis is 1 1/2 to 2 iches when soft and 4 inches when hard is that normal for him ?

Remember he is only 15 and a teenagers body continues to develop till about 18/19. So his size his fine. Im not sure how u know the lenght when its soft and hard but he will continue to grow. He shouldnt worry. A penis size is not a big deal if he is a great person. Good Luck!! Tell ur friend his penis is fine cause the people on yahoo answers say so!!
