"you must work hard until you have finished your exam."till 係口語, 書面要寫全寫, 即係 until
have been +ing --> 係話一路都做緊一樣野, ie. have been working
但係你唔係1路都做緊個 exam, 所以唔會用 have been 呢個 form
加上用 until 既話要用 present perfect tense, 所以係 have finished
另一個講法可以係
" you must work hard until you ARE DONE WITH your exam."
